our services and pricing to you. At this meeting we can determine
what services might work best for you. Consultations and reports
are not included in this visit as they are not free services.
Home Staging Report
This detailed report will assist homeowners
who want an economical way to prepare their home for sale
and want to do the work themselves. The Home Staging Report
provides you with a detailed overview of recommended design
changes (both inside and out) and a plan of action to keep
you organized and on track.
You will receive:
1. a personalized staging report and DIY checklist
2. assistance with paint color
3. notations and recommendations on decluttering, minor repairs,
improvements, placement of furnishings, art, and accessories
Sellers can refer to this report to complete
a DIY staging on their own, or further enlist the services
of TaylorMade Staging for complete staging services.

Complete staging for an occupied home may require

always best to allow time for a complete staging well before

Complete Staging For Vacant Homes
TaylorMade Staging provides tasteful furnishings,
artwork, and accessories for rent while your vacant home is
on the market. We select and install the furnishings, and
later, pick up the items when no longer needed. Vacant homes
benefit greatly from this service as most potential buyers
cannot ‘get a feel for’ or visualize living in a
room without well placed furnishings. Vacant homes often sell
for less because they appear cold and uninviting when not
staged. Don't let your home be overlooked in today’s
tough real estate market!
